FAQ's

Is axe throwing safe?

Safety is our number one concern and priority. We have done our best to build our trailer and throwing lanes to be as safe as possible including fencing in between lanes to help prevent accidental crossing of axes into the other lane. Please understand that there is always an inherent risk if safety instructions are not followed.  We will teach safety and best practices of axe throwing before each event, as we want you to have the most fun and the best experience throwing axes.

 

How old do you have to be?  

We will allow minors from the age of 13-17 to participate in axe throwing as long as there is a parent/guardian present, and they have signed a consent waiver for their child.

 

What should I wear?

You can wear whatever you wish, however we do require closed-toed shoes. 

 

What areas do you serve?

We will travel to areas within a 20 mile radius of Interstates 70 and 75 for no extra charge. So, roughly from as far north as Piqua, as far east as Western Springfield, as far south as Centerville/Springboro, and as far west as Lewisburg/Arcanum. If you are unsure if your area falls within these boundaries, please ask us.  If you are located outside of these boundaries, please call us, and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

 

Do you have a minimum amount of rental time?

Yes.  We require a minimum of 2 hours for rental.  Additional time/hours must be agreed upon at least one week in advance. Please understand that we may have to decline additional time depending on our event schedule, so it’s best to call well in advance to ensure we have the date and times available. 

 

Do you serve alcohol? Can we have alcohol at our private event?

We do not serve or sell alcohol. You may serve alcohol at your event,  however we do reserve the right to deny participation to those who may be intoxicated as this brings more risk of injuring oneself or others.

 

What are the Reservation and Cancellation Policies?

Your deposit secures your date and time on our calendar and is due at the time of booking.  The balance is due one week prior to your event. However, we understand that last minute cancellations can sometimes happen. Deposits are non-refundable, and we will work with you to reschedule your reservation; the balance portion may be refundable on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to reschedule.
